- Sheriff service or records: Beckham County Sheriff's Office, 108 S 3rd, Sayre, OK 73662; 580-928-2121; recordsdepartment@hotmail.com. The county page lists regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Elk City municipal case: Municipal Court at 422 E 3rd Street, Elk City, 580-225-4653. The court page gives Thursday settings and a weekly list notice.
- Sayre municipal case: City Hall is listed at 102 W Main, 580-928-2260; the chambers are at 108 W Main and meet monthly. The city directory identifies the court/utility clerk.
- Erick or Texola: official state directories list Erick City Hall at 206 S Sheb Wooley Avenue, 580-526-3924, and Texola at 202 S Grand, 580-728-0901.
- Carter: the reviewed official sources did not locate a current city court or police contact. Ask the county Court Clerk or sheriff to identify the present municipal custodian.
